Common questions.
Do I need to be a registered patient?+
No. Walk-ins are welcome whether or not you've been to us before. New patients can register at the front desk in about five minutes.
Will I see the same doctor each visit?+
If you book ahead and request your physician, yes. For walk-ins, you'll see whoever is available — but every doctor reads the full file before stepping into the room.
Can I do this virtually?+
Yes — many follow-ups, prescription renewals, and mental-health check-ins are available by phone or video. Call us to arrange.
