First-trimester confirmation
Pregnancy confirmation, dating, prenatal labs, and early counselling.
Routine prenatal visits
Monthly to weekly visits between obstetric appointments.
Postnatal & six-week check
Recovery review, mood screening, contraception planning.
Newborn first checks
Baby's first weight check, feeding support, jaundice screening.
How to prepare.
- →Bring your pregnancy card and any records from previous pregnancies.
- →Note any medications, supplements, and prenatal vitamins you take.
- →Bring a partner or support person if you'd like one.
After your visit.
Lab results, ultrasound coordination, and obstetric referral as needed.
Standard recovery visit — physical and emotional.
Annual check-in to revisit family planning and contraception.

We do not deliver. We work in shared care with Winnipeg obstetric services and follow you alongside them.
When should I book my first visit?+
As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test. Early dating and labs matter.
